By registering for, accessing, or using Geeta Systems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, whether you are:

• A visitor accessing the platform
• A registered user (institution, builder, developer or student)
• An institutional representative
• A partner or collaborator

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Geeta Systems is an execution-driven innovation platform that provides structured infrastructure for:

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Update your information promptly if it changes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
• Not share your account credentials with others

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Termination Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Remove accounts that are inactive for extended periods (12+ months)
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law

You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your projects, code, documentation, and other content you submit to the platform ("User Content"). Geeta Systems does not claim ownership over your User Content.

Platform License

By submitting User Content, you grant Geeta Systems a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and display your content on the platform
• Use your content for platform operations and improvements
• Showcase your projects in portfolios, case studies, or promotional materials
• Allow other platform users to view and interact with your content as intended

This license remains in effect until you delete your content or account.

Content Restrictions

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• Is your original work or you have necessary permissions
• Does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Does not contain plagiarized material
• Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Is not illegal, harmful, or inappropriate

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

Geeta Systems provides capability assessments and validation services based on project execution, code reviews, and structured evaluations. These assessments represent our evaluation of demonstrated skills within the platform context.

Validation is not:

• A guarantee of employment or job placement
• An assurance of funding or investment
• An academic degree or formal credential
• A certification recognized by any regulatory body
• A prediction of future performance

Validation outcomes reflect your performance on specific projects and assessments within our platform. Actual results in professional environments may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

Production Deployment

While we provide infrastructure and support for production deployment, we do not guarantee:

• Market success or user adoption of deployed applications
• Revenue generation or profitability
• Performance or uptime of applications you deploy
• Compatibility with third-party services or platforms

Startup Incubation

Participation in incubation programs provides access to resources, mentorship, and guidance. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement:

• Incubation does not imply or guarantee investment
• We do not take equity or ownership in your venture
• Business outcomes depend on your execution and market conditions
• Mentorship and advice are provided as guidance, not guarantees

Any investment, funding, or equity arrangements require separate, formal agreements executed by authorized representatives of both parties.

Geeta Systems may offer paid development services through our industry integration arm. These services are governed by:

• Separate service agreements or statements of work
• Specific terms regarding deliverables, timelines, and payment
• Individual intellectual property arrangements
• Confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions

In case of conflict between these Terms and a specific development services agreement, the service agreement shall prevail for those services.

Fees and Payments

Certain platform features or services may require payment. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and applicable taxes
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your selected payment method

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Project-based fees are subject to the terms in individual agreements
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Platform IP

Geeta Systems owns all intellectual property rights in the platform, including:

• Software, code, and architecture
• User interface and design
• Documentation and educational materials
• Branding, logos, and trademarks
• Proprietary methodologies and frameworks

Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the platform, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or restriction.

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The platform is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from platform use will meet your expectations

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

In no event shall Geeta Systems, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform
• Claims arising from third-party content or interactions

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) during the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is less.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geeta Systems from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via:

• Email to registered users
• Platform notifications
• A notice on our website

Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
